2 hours and 28 minutes

2 hours and 28 minutes is the amount of time it took Troy and I (and 3 of our neighbors) to hike to the peak shown in this picture:

It is called Cameron's Cone and we can see it from the deck of our home. My mom was here visiting, so she watched Baby A for us. The hike was very strenuous, so it was nice being able to leave him at home. Plus... his Grams was ecstatic to get to babysit him.

A few things we saw along the way:




Troy and I at Balanced Rock... I swear 75% of the rock is unsupported. Amazing!


We made it! Elevation 10,707 feet.
