Busy (but fun) week

Monday -
Bid farewell to family, except for Grandie G. Went to Old Colorado City and walked around. Enjoyed the beautiful weather. Had some yummy ice cream!


Tuesday -
Picked up some lunch from the organic food store and had a picnic at the park. Explored and played at the park for a little bit...






Took a walk at Bear Creek Park and played on the playground...







Wednesday -
Went to Red Rock Canyon Open Space and took a walk. Beautiful weather again!!!


Ate Mexican food for dinner... yummy!!!




Thursday-
We were going to drive to Pike's Peak, but the road wasn't open all the way to the top because of snow.

Instead, we went to Eleven Mile Canyon




and Eleven Mile Reservoir



Friday-
Took Baby A to his 1 year old checkup with the pediatrician. He weighs 20 lbs. 14 oz. and is 28" tall. Then we did a little bit of shopping before heading to my mom's house for dinner.




Saturday-
Our neighborhood had a Volksmarch (family hike) at 9 a.m. We participated in that and then spent the rest of the day at home.





Sunday-
Drove to see family in Windsor, Co.



Went to a really neat place called the Swetsville Zoo
